Return policy
Returns and exchanges must be received in original condition, including original packaging and labels. Returns and exchanges must also include a copy of the order receipt or return authorization form.
All returns must be postmarked within 60 days from order date to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Mystery Boxes, Water Bottles, and Coffee Mugs are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Merino Crew Socks are eligible for return or exchange on a case by case basis as long as they are unworn and unwashed- please send a request to contact@oliversapparel.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Olivers can provide a USPS return label to facilitate the return/exchange process. To request a return authorization and label, please visit our returns request page. Each order returned with this label is subject to a handling and processing fee of $8, which will be deducted from your refund. There is no charge for domestic exchanges or returns to store credit.
You may also return to the below address at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service.

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate international exchanges.
