What is your shipping policy?

Customers in the contiguous US have the option of shipping via FedEx for $10 or USPS for $6. All orders over $150 will be shipped free courtesy of USPS Priority. Additionally, customers have the option of shipping via FedEx 2Day for $30 or FedEx overnight for $40. Shipping is $15 for customers outside of the contiguous US. 

We ship to many international destinations for a flat rate of $25. Please note that this fee does not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. 

What is your return policy?

Returned items must be received in original condition, including original packaging and labels. Returns and exchanges must also include a copy of the order receipt or return authorization form.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days from order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items purchased between November 24th and December 25th are eligible are eligible for return up to January 24th.

All items on sale at more than 30% off shall be deemed final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Domestic Returns — OLIVERS can provide a USPS return label to facilitate the return process. To request a return authorization and label, please visit Each order returned with this label is subject to a shipping and handling fee of $8, which will be deducted from your refund. You may also return to the below address at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service.

International Returns — International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. 

What is your brief return policy?

All underwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returned underwear garments which we believe to be worn. 


What size should I order?

Our products fit true to size, but are cut on the slimmer side. For more details check the size guide found here.

Are there any special product care instructions?

We recommend following the instructions found in our product care page here in order to maximize the garment's performance and lifespan.
