Customers outside of the contiguous US have the option of shipping Standard for $15. We also ship to P.O. Boxes as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses (please be sure to select Standard at checkout).
Domestic Standard orders ship in 1-2 business days of your order date. Please allow an extra 5 business days for your order to arrive.
Next Day orders placed after 12PM CST/10AM PST will be shipped the next business day.
If you need to make a change to your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to make any changes to your order 2+ hours after it is placed.
Coupons or promotions are unable to be used in conjunction with another offer. This includes bundle discounts, Olivers Club rewards, and referrals.
We ship to many international destinations. The carrier cost and speed depend on location and customer preference. Please note that this fee does not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
International orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Returns and exchanges must be received in original condition, including original packaging and labels. Returns and exchanges must also include a copy of the order receipt or return authorization form.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from order date to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Mystery Boxes, Water Bottles, and Coffee Mugs are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Merino Crew Socks and Hats are eligible for return or exchange on a case by case basis only and must be unworn and unwashed for consideration.
Olivers can provide a USPS return label to facilitate the return/exchange process. To request a return authorization and label, please visit our returns request page. Each order returned with this label is subject to a handling and processing fee of $8, which will be deducted from your refund. There is no charge for domestic exchanges or returns to store credit.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate international exchanges.
Our products fit true to size, but are cut slightly on the slimmer side. Slim but never skinny. Our standard size guide can be found on each individual product page, and a more detailed guide can be found here. For measurements not found on the size guide, contact us directly as we'd be happy to assist further.

- Turn your gear inside out and wash with other synthetic fabrics.
- Avoid anything abrasive (such as denim, velcro, or zippers) in the same load. They can be harmful to the fabric, especially in a repetitive motion like the washer or dryer.
- Wash with like colors.
- Use a mild, sports, or wool specific detergent.
Tips: Do Not
- Do not use a fabric softener - it coats the technical fabrics and wool and inhibits their wicking capabilities.
- Do not use bleach or detergents that contain bleach.
- Do not treat your merino wool products with anything more than low levels of heat - they will shrink. Lay flat to dry when possible.
365 Days Repair & Replace
We stand behind the quality and durability of our products through the Olivers guarantee. Olivers will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product with a fault outside of normal wear and tear for up to 12 months after purchase.
Normal wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of use. This includes, but is not limited to: color fade, fabric abrasion, and general breakdown of materials. The Olivers guarantee does not cover a customer’s change in opinion on the product, lost products, or damage from falls, exposure, or extreme use.
If your Olivers product was purchased more than 12 months ago, it is no longer protected under our Olivers Guarantee. Please check our return policy and reach out to us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
